NUFC RECREATIONAL ADULT SOCCER LEAGUE - GENERAL
Whether you bring some friends or come alone, NUFC has you covered! We are proud to offer a Recreational Adult Soccer League for participants ages 18 and over each spring and fall season.
Congratulations to the NUFC Adult White Team for winning the 2022 Fall Season Championship!
The NUFC 2023 Spring Adult League Season starts on Sunday, April 16th and ends on Sunday, June 11th (no games on Memorial Day weekend).
What to expect each season:
- 8 League Games
- Two 25-minute halves
- 7v7 or 9v9 FIFA Rules (depending on enrollment)
- Small-sided field (80yd X 60yd)
